Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Omsun AI Assistant for use of AI Assistant at https://ai-assistant.omsun.org and through the AI Assistant Telegram control bot. By creating an account or paying for Pro, you agree to these terms.
The service
AI Assistant is software that connects to a messaging account you authorize (currently Telegram), reads conversations you choose to monitor, and drafts suggested replies. You decide whether to send a suggestion, queue it for approval, or enable automatic sending for a specific chat. AI Assistant is not Telegram, is not affiliated with Telegram, and is not a law firm, therapist, or emergency service.
Telegram and other platforms
Telegram is a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy. Connecting an account is optional and is an authorization similar to using another Telegram client. AI Assistant does not control Telegram outages, account bans, or changes to Telegram’s rules. You must follow Telegram’s terms. Other third-party services we use (for example Stripe and OpenAI) have their own terms; this agreement does not replace them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a contract. You are responsible for the messaging accounts you connect and for complying with Telegram’s terms and applicable law.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login links and Telegram devices under your control. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us at once if you believe someone else is using it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation, or other illegal activity.
- Do not attempt to access other customers’ data or interfere with the service.
- Do not use suggested or automatic replies in a way that violates the other person’s rights or the rules of the messaging platform.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these terms.
Our software
AI Assistant, the websites, and related branding are owned by Omsun AI Assistant. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own account. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or provide the service to others as your own product, except where the law forbids that restriction.
AI-generated content
Suggestions are generated by automated models and can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unlike how you would write. You are responsible for reviewing outgoing messages, including in automatic-reply mode. Do not rely on the service for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Plans, prices, and billing
A Free plan and a paid Pro plan are offered. Prices are shown on the website in US dollars (USD). Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. Your card statement typically shows “Omsun AI Assistant”. By subscribing you authorize Omsun AI Assistant and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide at the then-current price until you cancel.
Cancellation, refunds, and account deletion
You may cancel Pro at any time from Billing in the web app. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period. Deleting your account cancels a paid subscription immediately; unused time is not automatically refunded. Refunds are described in the Refunds & cancellation policy on this site.
Delivery
AI Assistant is a digital service. Paid features are delivered online as soon as Stripe confirms payment. We do not ship physical goods, so there is no shipping, delivery, or physical-return process.
Privacy and payments security
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe processes cards. The site uses HTTPS.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Messaging platforms, AI providers, and internet networks can fail or change their rules. We may modify features with notice when practical.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Omsun AI Assistant disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Omsun AI Assistant is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for messages you send. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for AI Assistant in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
